AEO and Quito Happy Birthday Paper Origami peacekeepers

A year full of creativity

Since 2006 a group of folders you bet on the idea to share the Origami in Quito, "Heritage" is so two years later to celebrate the Bicentennial of Independence, the Ministry of Culture helped conduct the Second International Meeting of Origami. The event was very successful and well received, had mission started take our Quito.

Thanks to these guys since the February 11, 2010, with the support of the World Youth Foundation launch the challenge for us to take the country. We had our first international exhibition Ecuadorian flag in the First Latin American Congress in Bogota.

Japan could share our work, while traveling for Peace Boat Peace Foundation. The AEO made the first official visit to origami Dominican Republic and its first national exposure in Manta in mid-December.

Today the AEO has several member clubs: Quito paper Ibagami, Riogami, Cuenca Paper, Paper Ambato. If you live in Manta, Guayaquil, Machala, Latacunga, Tulcán, Guaranda, Macas, Loja, etc. Write to origami.ecuador @ gmail.com and we will be ready to teach Origami.
