No speak or write and therefore not read. I am reminded of that novel I wrote, Ray Bradbury, entitled "Fahrenheit 451" Was he a visionary?
My opinion is that libraries, public or private, which are nourished by books donated or purchased for one purpose, and that has been acquired and paid the appropriate fee, "encourage reading and therefore culture because it is not to aggravate further dissemination.
